When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available for others. We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and for others, we ask that you give us at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment. 

Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice allows another person access to that appointment time. Please review our cancellation policy shown below as cancellation fees apply.

The appointment times shown on our calendar are shown in Eastern Time. If you are in another time zone, please keep that in mind and book your appointment accordingly. For example: if you are in the Central Time zone and book an appointment for 3:00 pm., your appointment time in your time zone (Central Time) would be 2:00 pm and it would be 3:00 pm Eastern Time.

· A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24-hours before the appointment time and a cancellation fee will apply.

· If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will not be able to accommodate you. In this case, no refund will be issued.   If you want to schedule another appointment, please check our calendar and book a date and time that works for you.

· A no-show is when a person misses an appointment without cancelling. In this case, no refund will be issued.   If you want to schedule another appointment, please check our calendar and book a date and time that works for you

· In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, your booking fee may be applied to a future session.
